Georgia Lines has garnered acclaim for her exceptional songwriting prowess, making her a standout artist in the Aotearoa music scene. Che-Fu

With the most top ten songs of any individual in New Zealand music history, multi award winning Che-fu is one of the country’s most successful and beloved recording artists.

Originally coming to the attention of Aotearoa NZ in the early 90's as one of the original members of iconic Kiwi rock band Supergroove, Che went on to forge a career as a solo artist, writing and recording hip hop/soul chart topping songs such as Chains and Misty Frequencies, and platinum selling albums such as 2b S. Pacific and The Navigator.

Che continues to perform on the New Zealand and Australasian circuit with his band the Kratez, and as an MC, and a DJ. A self-confessed turntablist, Che has also judged the NZ DMC and NZ ITF DJ Battles multiple times and still spins regularly in his hometown of Auckland City.

Che has undertaken a number of marketing and social campaigns over the years as a consultant, writer, and event creator.

CHAII

Fresh off the back of releasing her epic Coke Studio collaboration with Tones And I and Young Franco, as well as performing shows around the world, including SXSW Austin, New York, London and a pop-up performance in Melbourne, Persian-New Zealand artist and producer, CHAII, releases her debut album Safar, alongside new single ‘We Be Killing It’.

‘We Be Killing It’ is the fifth song CHAII has released from her debut album, and follows on from hits like  Night Like This, Fun, Main Thing, and Drippin’ in Gold.

CHAII was invited to collaborate on a song with Tones And I and Young Franco as part of Coca-Cola’s globally renowned platform, Coke Studio. Fans can follow their journey on social media and via the Coke Studio Hub, where they’ve got unprecedented access to see the song and music video for (Can’t Get You) Off My Mind being created from start to finish.

CHAII’s songs have also been featured in soundtracks for FIFA, Fortnite and Tony Hawk, advertising campaigns for iPhone, FENDI and KIA and used in Marvel’s Ms Marvel, Inventing Anna, Wellmania and Netflix original film The Old Guard. Plus, she’s been supported heavily across both Spotify and Apple Music playlists.

Sweet Mix Kids

Sweet Mix Kids are a DJ and producer ensemble based in Aotearoa.

They have performed at the world's coolest parties, clubs and festivals including  Coachella, Snowmachine, Rhythm & Vines, Melbourne Cup Carnival, Rakiura Rhyme Machine, and toured supporting or playing private parties for Adele, Ed Sheeran, Rudimental, Netsky, Flume, Coldplay, Deadmau5, Schoolboy Q, Empire of The Sun, Marshmello, Rae Sremmurd and Martin Garrix.

Finalists for Best Electronic Artist at the Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards, Sweet Mix Kids diverse and progressive line up always embody versatility and taste both in the studio, and onstage. Their ever-changing live shows include electronic drums and samplers, live musicians, guest vocalists and dancers, whilst mixing every genre in flamboyant style.

Led by frontman Sandon James, the Sweet Mix Kids album Stargazing has enjoyed over 4 weeks on the NZ Top 20 Albums chart so far, peaking at #2.

Lavina Williams

Lavina Williams is a highly accomplished singer, songwriter, and musical actress.

She was the proud recipient of the prestigious 2017 Benny Award for Pacific Entertainment Award for Top Female Vocalist.
Ms. Williams' illustrious career began in 2004 when she took on leading roles in the world-renowned Broadway musical The Lion King in Australia, Germany, and Singapore. She portrayed iconic characters such as Shenzi, Rafiki, and Sarabi.

Notably, she’s had the honour of serving as the opening act for the legendary Ms. Tina Turner.

Her impressive resume includes playing Motormouth Maybelle in the Broadway hit musical Hairspray at Auckland's Sky City Theatre and portraying the lead role of Deloris Van Cartier in the Sister Act Musical in New Zealand. She also served as a vocal coach for the Top 13 contestants of Season 2 of the X-Factor New Zealand.

Currently, Lavina is in her sixth year as a vocal coach, judge, creative director, and manager of the esteemed talent TV show Vocal Fusion, based in Papua New Guinea, and widely recognised as the largest talent show in the Pacific region.

Since 1997, Ms. Williams has been an integral part of the Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park family. Her unwavering dedication and remarkable achievements continue to inspire and pave the way for future generations of aspiring artists.

Vince Harder

Whether you know him as a singer, producer or songwriter, R’n’B legend Vince Harder is undoubtedly one of Aotearoa’s most talented performers. He is also responsible for three #1 hits and an array of gold and platinum certified NZ songs for other artists including his own timeless house party anthem ‘Everything’ with P Money.

Vince has twice won Best Male Artist at the Pacific Music Awards, along with Best Urban Artist and ‘Best Producer in 2016.

After focusing his craft as a solo artist, Harder soared into the charts in 2018 with ‘Not Gonna Let Go followed up by ‘Next to You’ in 2019 which saw heavy rotation on radio and sat in the top 10 for many weeks.

As well as having extensive studio experience, Vince is also an accomplished musical theatre artist having performed in shows across Australia and NZ. Most notably, Vince played the lead role of Simba in Disney’s The Lion King in Australia, and Barry Belson in the Australian and NZ tour of Jersey Boys. He also starred alongside Lucy Lawless in Pleasuredome.
2021 saw him as a panellist for TVNZ’s Popstars reboot alongside Grammy winner Kimbra and NZ rock royalty Nathan King.

Vince continues to release, write and produce music for himself as well as a whole cohort of Aotearoa’s finest recording artists. In 2024 he released R&B banger Mamacita, a collab with Kings and is a finalist for the APRA Silver Scroll Award for co-writing Stan Walker’s smash bi-lingual track ‘I Am’.

Ella Monnery

Originally from the Kāpiti Coast, Auckland based vocalist/performer Ella Monnery was always destined for stage. Today Ella is the director of Powerhouse Entertainment which sees her performing throughout New Zealand and this year alone, she’s performed in Singapore, Greece, Mexico and The Netherlands.

Ella recently made her professional theatre debut playing Scaramouche in the musical We Will Rock You. Ella has performed with world renowned acts such as duo SACHI and Kiwi producer P-Money, starred at many of New Zealand’s largest musical festivals and recently toured New Zealand and internationally with the sold out hit show SYNTHONY, celebrating dance music classics with a 60-piece orchestra. She’s a crowd favourite at stadiums all over the world, performing the National Anthem and half-time performances for various major sporting events.

In 2020, Ella debuted her Diva Tribute shows in which she now headlines on cruise ships all over the world and in 2021 appeared on The Voice Australia where she reached the semi- finals. Of late, Ella has broken into the recorded music scene hitting New Zealand official music charts as a recording artist working alongside Lee Matthews, SACHI, Kings, Ekko & Sidetrack and Sly Chaos.  

Ella has worked alongside well-known New Zealand band Sola Rosa, performed vocals for TV’s Dancing with the Stars and together with her cover band Flipside, regularly performs at high profile corporate events across the country. Ella also works as a vocal coach and mentor for young aspiring performers in schools across New Zealand.

Ella has been a lead touring vocalist for Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park for the last seven years, which she says, ‘has catapulted her professional singing career.’

Nate Peseta

Nate Peseta (aka Nate Dousand) is one of New Zealand’s most in-demand freelance vocalists. Hailing from South Auckland now based in Melbourne, Nate has been involved in numerous top-line music projects. From regular frontman with The Beat Council at the popular Sweatshop to collaborations with some of the music industry’s biggest names including Benee, Hollie Smith, Stan Walker, Vince Harder and reggae legends JBoog & Fiji. Nate recently stormed social media alongside his brothers from This Is Our Home: Pacific Artists for Climate Justice with their recent rendition of Kiwi classic E Papa and performance of Fix You with world renowned rock band Coldplay in Lyon, France during their Music of the Spheres world tour.

Nate has spent much of 2024 touring with This Is Our Home: Pacific Artists for Climate Justice which has played in London, France, Hollywood and New York City (Global Citizens Festival).

Nate is also a feature headline artist for the electrifying Synthony which has been touring internationally for the last six years.  Nate has also been a familiar voice on multiple seasons of NZ’s Dancing with the Stars and performed regularly at Coca-Cola  Christmas in the Park as a backing vocalist and arranger / musical director of the Pacific Network Choir, who are a huge part of the event.

This will be Nate’s third year as a solo artist and member of the main touring cast.
Nate is proud of his music roots which started, and still lie heavily, within his love of the Church and Gospel music.

Nyree Huyser

Scottish-born singer Nyree Huyser celebrates over 20 years of international success in the music industry and recently reached Rita Ora’s top three contestants on season 12 of ‘The Voice Australia’ in 2023.

Other notable achievements include performing in top European tribute act AbbaMania with whom she toured across Europe and took part in a televised tour of the Philippines, starring  in the explosive orchestral live show Synthony, and performing the national anthems of New Zealand, Scotland and Australia at many high-profile sporting events.

Ngaire has performed as an annual cast member in Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park since 2012, is thrilled to be part of Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park again this year.

Dillon Rhodes

Fresh from The Voice Australia 2023, Dillon Rhodes emerged as a dynamic force from New Zealand, showcasing his electrifying funk / soul prowess to the world stage.

As the frontman of the esteemed 10-piece funk ensemble Hipstamatics, Dillon has been igniting dance floors with his infectious energy for over a decade, performing at the likes of the Waiheke Blues Festival, Tauranga Jazz Festival, Bay of Islands Food and Wine Festival, Soundsplash, Splore and many more.

A genre fluid vocalist, Dillon performed with Kiwi psychedelic rock’n’roll band, Harvey knows a Killer, and now  lends his rock vocals to Led Zeppelin tribute band Led Repplica. A virtuoso pianist, soulful vocalist and an electric performer with years dedicated to the stage, Dillon Rhodes is not to be missed!

Chris Melville

One of New Zealand's finest male vocalists, Auckland based Chris Melville inhabits every musical style with an ease and grace reminiscent of the great jazz artists of our time. From sizzling swing to sultry crooner, Chris has the voice, stage presence and moxie to give any party a tantalizing edge.

With over three decades of experience in television, radio and performing at weddings, corporate functions and cocktail parties, Chris has performed for a stellar client list worldwide. He is highly versatile and can perform as a feature singer, a background musician or as the big jolly man himself.

Anna Grahame

Backing Vocalist

Anna Grahame's soulful sound has taken her around the world, performing backing vocals with some of Aotearoa's most talented artists including TEEKS, Tami Neilson and Lavina Williams. Nelson-born Anna grew up on the stage, with regular performances in choirs, musical theatre productions and local events.

In 2022 she returned to her musical theatre roots, featuring in Pacifica the Musical at the Civic Theatre. This is Anna’s eleventh year as a backing vocalist for Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park and she’s excited to be sharing the Christmas joy once again.

Iri Aumatangi

Backing Vocalist

Iri is an Auckland based singer, songwriter and producer who has collaborated on countless musical projects ranging from performing, writing and recording with original artists Jamoa Jam, Wale Vocals, 2XL and Sola Rosa. His stunning, soulful vocals have seen him performing on TV, YouTube, NZ Rugby World Cup, World Masters NZ 2017, Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park since 2016, and Synthony.

Alongside his many performances throughout New Zealand, Iri has also performed in Australia, Hawaii, USA, Tahiti, Samoa, Rarotonga and at functions for high flying corporate companies from Air NZ, Spark and Vodafone to singing on Graeme Hart's Super Yacht, 'Ulysses'.

He is the singer and front man to legendary covers group Black Salt from 2002 to 2023. Iri also sings in the band ‘Good Vibes’ alongside Dixon Nacey that play at Flare bar in Sky City Casino. He is currently working towards releasing newly arranged compositions alongside legendary maestro, Dixon Nacey in their originals group 'I.D’.

Hannah Rees

Backing Vocalist

Hannah Rees is a session vocalist and vocal tutor based in South Auckland. This year, she returns to the show as part of the Pacific Network Choir  and as a backing vocalist. Her love for and dedication to her craft led Hannah from her hometown of Masterton to Hamilton, where she gained a Bachelor of Music and then on to New York, to experience and learn from the world of underground R&B's finest.

In 2012, Hannah returned to New Zealand and began to teach singing both privately and at South Auckland high schools, where she’s able to share her love for music and her vocal technique expertise.

Hannah has performed throughout New Zealand and around the world for a variety of events and festivals, and she’s really looking forward to being one of the fabulous four backing vocalists at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park again this year.

Paul Fagamalo

Backing Vocalist

Paul Fagamalo is a performing artist with over twenty years’ experience within the Arts industry here in Aotearoa and internationally, with a career that has included producing, directing, singing, dancing and acting, both on the stage and screen.

After completing a Diploma in Pacific Performing Arts at the Pacific Institute of Performing Arts (PIPA) he has been involved in multiple theatre, dance, musicals and corporate gigs across New Zealand. He has worked with FRESH TV, Black Grace and Auckland Theatre Company, and most recently played Lola in Kinky Boots. He has also travelled internationally with theatre shows such as The Factory and Where We Once Belonged, performing across Australia and the UK.

This is his eleventh Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park as a backing vocalist, and he can’t wait to bring Christmas cheer to NZ once again!

Artistic Director – Dixon Nacey

Award winning musician Dixon Nacey has been the Artistic Director of Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park since 2016. Dixon is also a session guitarist, composer, arranger and producer. Based in Auckland, Dixon has performed with many top international musicians, as well as with many of New Zealand’s best including Annie Crummer, Whirimako Black, Stan Walker, Che Fu, Jason Kerrison, Hollie Smith, Vince Harder, Ria Hall, Troy Kingi, Rob Ruha, Tami Nielson, Julia Deans, Anna Coddington, Nathan Haines, King Kapisi and Tama Waipara.

His first album as leader The Edge of Chaos  won the prestigious Tui award for Best NZ Jazz Artist 2020 and his  Disney Guitar  recordings have been streamed over 10 million times. Dixon has taught at the University of Auckland  EXCEL, ARA / CPIT, Massey and MAINZ.

Musical Director – Andy Cochrane

Andrew Cochrane aka “Andy Keys” has enjoyed a prolific performing career spanning over 20 years. He is one of New Zealand’s foremost keyboard players and entertainers with an unrivalled versatility as a musician. Andy is currently keyboardist for Kaylee Bell, The Feelers, and Synthony, and since 2020 has been the Musical Director for Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park.

Andy’s career as a performer, studio artist and musical director has seen him work alongside many iconic Kiwi musicians such as Stan Walker, Kora, P. Diggs, Don McGlashan, Annie Crummer, Peter Urlich, Zed, Opshop, The Feelers and The Exponents.

Having performed extensively both nationally and internationally, Andy is in high demand as a classical and jazz pianist, keyboardist and electronic musician. From classical to rock, lounge to pop, musicians don’t come more versatile than Andy Keys.
 
Says Andy, ‘I remember being blown away by the magnificence of Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park as a young a child. It fills me with the greatest pride that I’m able to share that same magic with the next generation 30 years later. This is going to be the best show yet!’

Head Choreographer - Turanga Merito

NZ born and raised Head Choreographer, triple threat Turanga Merito has a 20 year history in the business with highlights of his career including playing the lead role of Simba in Disney's The Lion King in Sydney, Melbourne, and China, opening for Beyonce with Stan Walker, and executing the role of Vocal Coach on NZ's X Factor Season One. Taking on the role in 2012, he is grateful for the opportunity to bring New Zealand's dance community to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year via Coca-Cola's Christmas in the Park and is looking forward to another year of love-fuelled Christmas magic.

Ben White

Forty-one years’ young, hailing from the mighty West Auckland and after time abroad, Ben is psyched to return to the Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park stage once again. With a career in the entertainment industry spanning over 21 years, Ben has had the pleasure of playing with Sola Rosa and Dane Rumble, performing throughout Aotearoa and internationally through Australia, America, Canada, South Africa and the UK.

Renowned for his versatility and electric stage presence, Ben performed in the iconic Music is Bond, smash hit Jersey Boys, the spectacular Kinky Boots at Auckland’s Civic Theatre and recently enjoyed a 17-date tour with Richard O’Brien and the Kingdom of Bling.

Says Ben, 'Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park is a one-of-a-kind event that showcases incredible talent, supports our youth and provides whanau friendly entertainment at the most wonderful time of the year. Be excellent to each other and party on!'

Isaac Etimani

Blooming late in the music industry, session bassist Isaac Etimani is an exciting, fresh and raw talent rapidly progressing in the Kiwi music scene.

With over eight years of gig experience, he has worked and collaborated with some of New Zealand’s finest.

Says Isaac, ‘I first picked up a Bass guitar for the first time twenty years ago. The passion and desire came naturally to me, so I spent my early years dedicating time and effort to learning the craft. The right attitude and discipline saw me playing my first gig at the Parachute Music Festival.’

Isaac studied part time at Auckland University to further his knowledge and quickly showed huge groove potential. He quickly shot up through the ranks and landed the opportunity to perform with New Zealand touring act Ddub.

He’s played at several major jazz and music major festivals in Australasia and toured and performed with  local artists such as Stan Walker, Sons of Zion, Bella Kalolo, TJ Taotua Hypnotics, Moana and the Tribe, King Kapisi and Gapara project just to name a few. He’s also regularly performed in musical theatre,  TV shows and with the APO Orchestra.

Isaac is a passionate musician with a wide taste for music. He is forever growing and is currently working in music production to explore the creativity and boundaries.

His musical feel and keen ear combined with his years of experience has allowed him to play and adjust to any music style and genre.

Mickey Ututaonga

One of the most versatile and respected New Zealand drummers today, Micky was first introduced to music and drums at age four by his family of musicians.

Mickey's first professional gig came at the age of eight where he learnt by playing in clubs and socials and  working in various bands. His ardent interest in drums at such a young age propelled him to seriously study his craft and play whenever he got a chance. An impressive C.V. to date has seen him mix it on stage with a variety of musical styles and talents. Some of these acts include Annie Crummer, Betty Anne Monga, Ria Hall, Mark Williams, Nathan Haines, Jonathan Crayford, The Ladykillers, Renee Geyer, When the Cats Away, Sir Howard Morrison, Dame Malvina, and many many more.

Joseph Harrop

Joseph is a Kiwi violinist, violist, and music academic. From a large family of professional musicians and with a PhD from the Royal Academy of Music in London, Joe’s career as a performer, writer, and arranger began in the UK and he now resides and works in New Zealand.

Mahuia Bridgman-Cooper

Mahuia is an award-winning composer, an accomplished arranger, and a professional violinist. He has written and produced music for some of New Zealand’s top music artists, in addition to composing and producing for film, television, and advertising. He has collaborated with well-known film and television directors including Lee Tamahori, Steve Ayson and Roseanne Liang.

Mahuia is the founder of The Black Quartet and has worked with The New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, The Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, WOMAD, The NZ Music Awards, TEEKS, Maisey Rika, Rob Ruha, Broods, Ladyhawke, Six60, Lawrence Arabia, and Tiny Ruins amongst others.

Mike Booth

Touring Orchestra

Trumpeter Mike Booth has enjoyed a freelance career performing with many of the nation’s best-known artists. After 45 years in show business Mike is versatile in Jazz, Pop, Latin and Classical.

His first international experience was in Australia with Dalvanius and the Wellington based ’70’s funk soul band Collision. He spent nearly two decades in Europe performing with the Dutch pop band de Dijk and lecturing at conservatories in the Netherlands. He returned to  New Zealand in 20011 and started teaching music at Massey and Auckland Universities.

In addition to being a regular with the Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park big band, Mike performs and tours regularly with a wide variety of artists including the Rodger Fox Big Band, Big Horns, Havana Groove, Ke Lo Ke, Synthony, the Auckland Jazz Orchestra, and Operatunity to name a few.

‘Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park, says Mike, ‘is a special event that brings together a wide variety of superb talent to celebrate a very special time of year. Sometimes challenging but always joyful!’

Pete France

Touring Orchestra

Pete is a star on the saxophone, having performed at jazz festivals and concerts with The Rodger Fox Big Band, Tony Christie, Shane Cortese, Natalie Cole, Randy Crawford, Midge Marsden, King Kapisi, Stan Walker, Katchafire, Operatunities to name just a few.

He’s performed at festivals in Australia, UK, Europe, Asia and USA as well as performances at the Monterey Jazz Festival USA.

Has been a part of the Coca-Cola House Band for many years and can’t wait to jazz up the show again this year!

Jake Krishnamurti

Touring Orchestra

Jake is a 26-year-old trumpet / trombone player from Auckland who has been playing since he was 8 years old. After completing his music degree at the University of Auckland Jake now regularly performs with many ensembles throughout Auckland.

His professional experience includes playing in performances of Phantom of the Opera, Billy Elliot the Musical and at the pop-up Globe Theatre. Highlights include playing a duet with Josh Groban, performing with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra for Synthony, as well as performing at the opening ceremony of the 2017 World Masters Games.

Jake is looking forward to playing alongside many great performers at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park.

Charlie Isdale

Charlie Isdale is a West Auckland based musician. He graduated from Auckland University with a Bachelor of Music (Hons.) in Jazz Performance in 2016 and began teaching full time in 2018. Alongside working as a high school music teacher, Charlie enjoys a very diverse career, both live and in the studio.

Notable acts he has played saxophone for over the last few years are Katchafire, House of Shem, and TOI, and is a member of the Indian-Jazz Fusion band Takadimi. Charlie works regularly as a  freelance  producer, arranger and session musician. He is also an experienced violinist and performed at the Silver Scrolls in 2023 with the Exploding Rainbow Orchestra.

The Black Quartet

With deep roots in the classical world, The Black Quartet draw on a vast sea of influences, from blues, rock,​ jazz and pop​ to create their own signature sonic spectacle. Exciting and diverse, The Black Quartet work with New Zealand's finest artists as well as visiting international performers.

Mahuia Bridgman-Cooper is an award-winning composer, professional violinist, with a global clientele and strong connections to music and musicians from Te Ao Maori.

Jessica Hindin performs internationally as a solo and collaborative violinist.

Rachel Wells is New Zealand’s most prolific recording cellist. Her playing features on numerous contemporary New Zealand pop and rock albums.

Joseph Harrop is a violinist, violist, and academic. With a PhD in music, and a background in Jazz, Joe enjoys an eclectic career as a freelance performer and writer.

Whether they are composing, arranging, recording, or performing the Black Quartet is known for their virtuosity, flair onstage and a superb musical style. The fabulous four have been a part of Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park for many years and they’re delighted to be part of the 30-year celebration performance.

Edward Laurenson

Edward Laurenson is no stranger to the Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park stage.
Since last performing on the big stage, Edward has travelled the globe, studying and performing with some of the world’s most prestigious institutions and opera companies.

During his time in London, Edward was privileged to perform for Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and record with Disney and The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios. He appears on their most recent #1 selling record ‘Disney Goes Classical.’ He is now working toward his first solo album and enjoying life as a new father.

"Performing in Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park will always be particularly meaningful to me, as it was where my wife and I first met. She was a dancer, and I was a singer. Earlier this year we welcomed our first child. It’s going to be quite something having our little boy watch his dad perform on the same stage that brought his parents together those many years ago.”

Kyla Greening

29-year-old Kyla is of Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Rakaipaaka, and Tainui descent, and grew up in Templeview, Hamilton.

Both sides of Kyla’s family are musical and from an early age she was inspired by the uplifting music of her local church community. ‘I was definitely inspired to write songs that made  a positive impact on those in my little part of the world.’

Kyla studied music and vocal performance at Brigham Young University, Hawaii, and WINTEC, New Zealand and is currently teaching music in schools and the music academy, a job she loves.

Kyla's passion for spreading joy through music is evident in her performances, and with 17 years of live singing experience, Kyla is recognised as an 'artist to watch'. She has opened for local super stars Sam V and YAHYAH, and her recent collaboration, Better with Time, featuring Māori rapper Swizl Jager, debuted at number four on the NZ Top 40 charts.

Says Kyla, ‘Performing at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park is a highlight of my favourite season. It’s such a magical event! People can always use a little extra love and giving, at Christmas time, and singing is a wonderful way to share that.’

Josh Keating

19-year-old Josh Keating is a multi-award-winning musician who has lived in Christchurch his entire life. He is a two-time winner at the NZCMA Entertainer of the Year Awards, has taken out multiple sections at the New Zealand Gold Guitar Awards, performed in the New Zealand Showcase in Tamworth, Australia, as well as many other festivals around Aotearoa.

Gigging from an incredibly young age, he has played shows all around the country, and you’ll find him performing most weeks at some of Christchurch’s most popular bars.

Later this year Josh will perform at  multiple music festivals, opening for a large range of legendary Kiwi musicians including Dragon, Zed, Jordan Luck, Hello Sailor, Assembly Required, and the Topp Twins.

Says Josh, ‘Being in Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park is an honour that I am incredibly grateful for. From watching it as a little kid in the crowd every year with the Whānau, to the big stage this Christmas, it’s pretty exciting!’

Verity Howells

Verity Howells is a 21-year-old singer songwriter from Auckland.

She was a finalist on TVNZ’s 60 Seconds in 2022 and is now an internet sensation with over 500k followers on Tik Tok. Verity is focused on creating an entertaining online presence. She’s   passionate about creating and performing and is currently working with some of New Zealand’s most talented producers on the release of her first single.

Verity has lit up the stage of Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park  three times and she’s excited to be back again this year!

KY Canoy

KY is a Filipino artist based in Ōtautahi, New Zealand. He’s passionate about connecting people through music and performance. KY recently released his latest second single Missing You, and has written music for Thursday Collective, a group of 17 songwriters from Mellow Studios, who are set to release their debut seven track album.

KY’s professional experience includes competing in local and international singing competitions and featuring on the award-winning album ANTHEM alongside well-known Kiwi artists such as Marley Sola, Vince Harder, Adeaze, Tone6 and Whenua Patuwai.

This is KY’s third year with Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park. He’s extremely excited to be back and can’t wait to perform once again alongside incredible artists on one of New Zealand’s biggest stages.

Pepper

Pepper Hall is a 16-year-old musician born in North Queensland, and raised on the East side, North Beach, Christchurch.

Pepper has been performing on stage since the age of nine, accompanying herself with guitar and piano. She’s currently attending Hagley School of Music and Sole Music Academy.

Her career highlights include making the regional finals in Rockquest and coming second in the Junior Hook Line and Sing-along songwriting competition.

She has performed annually with the band Odyssey and as a soloist at the Akaroa French Festival.

Says Pepper, ‘My proudest achievement has been to  perform at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park and I’m excited and grateful to be performing again this year, for what is truly the most magical time of the year!’

Will Luhrs

Born and raised in Auckland, Will’s passion for music started at the age of four, growing up playing piano, singing with choirs, and being surrounded by musicians. He is now a singer, songwriter and producer and has spent the last few years working and gaining industry experience.

Recent career highlights have included receiving a scholarship to study Jazz at Boston’s Berklee College of Music’s summer program, being featured on Jesse Mulligan's afternoon show on Radio NZ, and getting to be part of the music scene in both New Zealand and the US.

A captivating performing artist, Will is looking forward to bringing his own brand of energy to Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park.

Jaya

14-year-old Jaya is making a profound impact on Aotearoa's music scene. This year, her latest single  Me He Korokoro Tui soared to No. 1 on the NZ Hot Singles chart in its first week of release and earned a well- deserved spot on NZ On Air's New Tracks compilation.

Her previous hit, Aotearoa Sun, also made a big impact, climbing to No.5 on the charts and earning her the 2023 APRA NZ Best Children's Song of the Year Award.

The talented young teen recently wowed the crowd when she performed the national anthem at an All Blacks game, marking a major career milestone. She has made waves on varied stages, from Pasifika to the International Cultural Festival, and captivating performances at the massive Spark Arena. Her powerful voice resonates with a depth and richness far beyond her years and she’s excited to be performing at Aotearoa's legendary Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park for the third year.

Chris Symon

Originally from the UK, performer Chris Symon has called New Zealand home for the past 20 years. Chris's journey began at the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Art (NASDA) and now with over a decade of experience in the performing arts, he’s performed with such renowned companies as The Court Theatre, Showbiz Christchurch, Hamilton Operatic, and the Showcase Entertainment Group.

Chris's versatile talents have seen him working in TV, doing solo performances and starring in a variety of theatre productions including Mary Poppins, Sister Act, Cat in the Hat (Australasian Tour), Les Miserable, Hairspray, Mamma Mia to name a few.

A recent career standout was playing Lord Farquaad in Shrek the Musical during a special production in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Chris is excited to return to the Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park stage in Christchurch, where he first performed a decade ago, and can’t wait to once again bring his passion and energy to this iconic event.

Maria Flores

Hailing from Hong Kong of Filipino descent and raised in a family of professional musicians, Maria Flores is a seasoned and versatile vocalist. A well-rounded performer with training in theatre, she has showcased her talents in productions such as  Sweeney Todd  and  Rent, excelling in acting, singing, and dancing. With over a decade of experience performing across Southeast Asia and Aotearoa New Zealand, Maria has collaborated with renowned artists and made numerous media appearances. After earning her bachelor’s degree in music arts from the ARA Institute of Canterbury, she has become a vibrant presence in Christchurch’s music scene, captivating audiences with her performances of jazz, soul, and contemporary classics alongside local musicians and bands.

Sophie Morris

Sophie Morris is a singer, actor and presenter who has performed to critical acclaim throughout New Zealand and internationally.

She began singing aged 10 as Gretel in The Sound of Music  which sparked a love for being on the stage. Career highlights include performing roles in musical theatre, including Sandy in Grease and Sophie in Mamma Mia, performing the national anthems at many international sporting events, appearing on Shortland Street, touring with groups and international acts including The Ten Tenors, Four Suits and a Soprano, Bill Bailey, performing at events around New Zealand, presenting on TV and radio, and MCing sports events such as the FIFA Women's World Cup.

Says Sophie, ‘I'm thrilled to be performing at this year's Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park, having sung in the show back in 2017. It is such an iconic event and a rite of passage for Kiwi performers. The energy and joy that fills the Domain is electric and I can’t wait to share the festive magic again this year!’

Flynn Adamson

Pop-rock artist, 18-year-old Flynn Adamson, is a singer/ songwriter. Flynn grew up in the port town of Lyttelton, where at age seven, earned his stripes down at the markets performing and singing for the locals.

Since those early days, Flynn has developed his own unique blend of pop-rock, branded with grunty guitar, heartfelt sweet vocals and tight choppy pop production.

Flynn has worked closely with Kiwi artists Josh Mac and Marley Sola and has taken it to church with the songwriting gospel singing group The Thursday Collective from Mellow Studios.

Career highlights include placing third in the solo duo category of NZ’s Smokefree Rock-quest and winning best electronic performance.

Flynn has opened for Foely, Will Swinton, and The Buttlers, had ZM radio play, gained recognition from artists such as Myles Smith, and had 3m views on TikTok singing videos.    

‘I’m stoked to be able to sing some of New Zealand’s fave songs along with the rest of Christchurch! I have a lot of memories from growing up watching Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park so I'm excited to be on the other end of it this year’, says Flynn.

Alexandra Ranford

Auckland-based Alexandra is a versatile performer with a passion for singing, dancing, and fiddle playing. Her diverse musical repertoire spans Irish folk, musical theatre, and jazz.

Alexandra’s career highlights include playing Reuben in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Aotea Centre, performing annually at the Oamaru Jazz Festival, and winning various singing competitions.

She first performed at Cola-Christmas in the Park In 2013 as part of Stellar Singers. Since then, it has been Alexandra’s dream to return to the stage, and says she’s thrilled to perform alongside so many amazing artists at one of the  happiest shows of the year.

Molly Pawson

Molly Pawson is an 18-year-old singer songwriter from Dannevirke, currently studying in Christchurch.  Known for her folk/pop edge, she has been compared to artists such as Kate Bush and Phoebe Bridgers.

Recent career highlights include opening for the two sold out Robbie Williams concerts and placing in the national top 10 solo/duos for Smokefree Rockquest 2023.

Another notable achievement was having two of her songs selected by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra which Molly got to perform with the NZSO in 2021 and 2022.

Says Molly, “I’m super excited to perform for the Christchurch crowd at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park in November!”

Joy Rea

Talofa lava! My name is Joy, and I am a passionate singer. I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, but my journey took an exciting turn when I moved to Christchurch, New Zealand, at the age of 12. This move created new opportunities for me to explore my love for music. Throughout my musical journey, I have been vocally trained at Mellow Studios. I am also proud to be a member of the gospel group 'Thursday Collective.' Being part of this collective has been an incredibly fulfilling experience, allowing me to grow as a musician.

I am thrilled to be performing in Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park for the second time, gracing one of the biggest stages in New Zealand. It’s an honour to share the spotlight with other amazing artists, and I can’t wait to connect with the audience through music. With excitement and anticipation, I look forward to sharing my passion for music and continuing to grow as a singer.

Tusi Elisara

Pacific Network Choir

Growing up in a Pasifika family and church, music has been a part of Tusi’s life for as long as she can remember. She has performed on many stages  across Aotearoa - singing, dancing and acting. Tusi recently appeared in a show called Love; Mum written by the amazing Sela Faletolu-Fasi where she played Rachel, a prayer warrior mother.

Tusi performed as the MC at the Canterbury Polyfest 2024 and most recently did a play reading for Oscar Kightley’s play Dawn Raids.  

Says Tusi, ‘This is my first year performing at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park and I’m very excited. After many years of watching the show with my family, it will be such an honour to be on that big stage. This journey is going to be amazing, and I’m thrilled to be able to perform alongside my cousin Naomi, who encouraged me to audition.’

Jason Aileone

Pacific Network Choir

Jason Aileone, a 29-year-old singer and artist, was born and raised in Christchurch. With over a decade of musical experience, Jason has also studied music in his hometown. He gained recognition as a former member of the boy band Moorhouse  when they appeared on the first season of X Factor NZ. Throughout their journey on the show, Jason and his fellow Moorhouse members received vocal training from Turanga Merito, known for his role as the head choreographer of Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park.

Jason has performed in the show many times, both as part of his former boy band Moorhouse and as a solo performer. Most recently, he was part of the Pacific Network Gospel Choir which regularly performs at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park.

Naomi Fili-Isaia

Pacific Network Choir

Naomi tells the story of many New Zealand born Samoan artists. Growing up in church with a talented musical family gave her an advantage to create a sound that would shine above the rest.

After performing  leading roles during her school life, Naomi went on to form a girl band Pure Harmony. Which performed at many youth rallies, community events, and festivals.

Alongside her Christchurch Meko family, she has performed at many of the regional and national Methodist Conferences, Canterbury’s Buskers Festivals and Pacific Underground’s Pasifika Arts Festival. She was also privileged to be part of Igelese Ete’s productions  Malaga and Ifoga both performed during the Christchurch Arts Festivals.

One of her greatest achievements, was creating a musical score for a youth production also called Malaga (The Journey) which had two successful shows in Sydney.   
In 2016, she decided to bring her waka back home, to the place it all began, within the four walls that continue to produce young artists, where talent manifests on the altar especially on ‘White Sundays’, the Samoan Methodist Church in Christchurch. Naomi continues to devote her love for singing as a strong alto for her church choir and a music mentor within her family The Matua Leo’o Fili aiga.

Silika Isaia

Pacific Network Choir

Originally from Samoa, Silika is a 23-year-old singer/songwriter based in South Auckland. She currently studies Bachelor of Music at the University of Auckland part time and works as a full-time personal banker.

Silika inherited her father’s love for music. Singing in the church from the time she could speak Silika is heavily involved with her church and community choirs. She took part in the Annual World Choir Games 2024 and won the Gospel Category as part of the United Auckland Gospel Choir.

Silika competed successfully through her high school years winning both regional and national competitions such as Stand Up Stand Out Solo Vocalist 2018, Smokefree Tangata Beats 2019, Nationals Bands Category and her winning song, Madmen, for the Play it Strange Peace Song competition 2018, is one or Radio New Zealand's most viewed videos.

In 2021 Silika was opening act for L.A.B at their Mt Smart Summer show.
Silika first performed at Coca Cola Christmas in the Park in 2019, and is excited to take the stage again as part of the Pacific Network Choir.

Manutaii Leaupepe

Pacific Network Choir

Born and raised in South Auckland, Manutaii has grown up singing in the church. With a passion and love for vocal harmonies, Manutaii is an active member of his local church and continues to sing in the church choir.

Manutaii is the lead worship/backing vocalist for Rhythm of Life (BLSD One 2023 nominee for the Pacific Music Awards - NZ Gospel Artist award), a Christian music group.

Together with Rhythm of Life he has performed at festivals such as One Festival and Winter Vibes and performs regularly at local Christian events and churches alongside the group.

This is his first year with Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park and he looks forward to performing alongside some of New Zealand's most talented.

Sophie Tanner

The Black Quartet

Now based in Christchurch, Sophie Tanner studied music in Auckland before completing postgraduate studies in Wellington. Performing has taken Sophie on tours to the UK, Europe and China, to festivals in Australia and Canada, across the Pacific and to the US as a cruise ship entertainer.

Since returning to New Zealand after working in London, Sophie has enjoyed freelancing with the Auckland Philharmonia, the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra and the NZSO.

Bethan Lewis

The Black Quartet

Bethan Lewis is a freelance violist who has performed internationally with the Whitlams, Jherek Bischoff, Hans Zimmer, Missy Higgins, Diana Krall, Kathryn Jenkins, Paolo Nutini and Sharleen Spiteri.

She worked on the Hofesh Schecter Dance Company’s Survivor and Political Mother Choreographer’s Cut projects and with Tango Siempre on their Tangents project with Gilad Atzmon.

Bethan toured for many years as principal violist for Mid Wales Opera and other chamber opera orchestras including Opera Project. She was a member of the chamber groups Orchestra of the Swan and Collusion.

Her symphony orchestral work has included the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Melbourne Opera, English National Ballet, Australian Session Orchestra, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and RTE National Symphony Orchestra.

Justin Bird

Coca-Cola Strings

Justin Bird is an acclaimed pianist whose awards range from winning the New Zealand Kapiti Coast International Piano Competition, to NZ Young Performer of the Year. He has been a finalist in the NZ Young Musician of the year Competition, the MTNA National Young Artist Competition in the USA, and the Kowhai Australasian Piano Concerto Competition representing New Zealand. Justin has also  appeared with many orchestras including the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra and New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.

As a young pianist Justin studied at the University of Auckland, continued studying in the USA with Read Gainsford, and gaining a Doctorate in Music from Indiana University. After teaching at Vincennes University, he was appointed Artist Faculty at Omaha Conservatory of Music in Nebraska.

Now living in New Zealand, Justin teaches piano at Auckland University, Waikato University, performs piano and viola with various orchestras and ensembles, and tunes pianos.

Indiana Bell

Coca-Cola Strings

Christchurch born and raised, Indiana Bell is a versatile violinist who enjoys playing a variety of music including fiddle music, bluegrass, pop, and classical.  

Some of her recent musical achievements include being a South Island Finalist in the 2023 NZCT National Chamber Music Competition, being Assistant Concertmaster of the Burnside High School Orchestra, and co-leader of the CSO Virtuosi 2nd violin section.

Indiana is in her first year at the University of Canterbury, where she is currently involved in the performance music programme, and is Assistant Concertmaster of the Christchurch Youth Orchestra, and the 2024 recipient of the Liedertafel Male Choir Scholarship.

Indiana will be performing at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park as part of the eight-piece Coca-Cola Strings.

Miyo Yoon

Coca-Cola Strings

Miyo Yoon is a freelance violinist living in Auckland. She has played with New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, Orchestra Wellington, Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, Auckland Chamber Orchestra,  and many other groups.

Over the years she has performed with many of the biggest names in the business  including Jose Carreras, Kiri Te Kanawa, Simon O'Neill, K D Lang, Rod Stewart, Lauryn Hill, Dionne Warwick, Don McGlashan, Anika Moa, Neil Finn, Hollie Smith, Dave Dobbyn, Gin Wigmore, Stan Walker, Tami Neilson, Josh Groban, Michael Buble, Julia Deans, Annie Crummer, and Boh Runga.
Miyo has taken part in Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park for the last 10 years and she has loved every show. ‘Spending an evening outdoors, enjoying the live entertainment with your family and friends, with the excitement of Christmas around the corner, it's just super special. And you can't forget the phenomenal fireworks at the end of the night, which is always a crowd favourite.’

Richard Yeoh

Coca-Cola Strings

Richard Yeoh began playing the violin at the age of five and has since developed into an accomplished young musician.

He currently serves as the concertmaster for both the Burnside High School Orchestra and the Christchurch Youth Orchestra.

In 2024, Richard performed in the first violin section of the NZSO National Youth Orchestra and the NZ Secondary School Symphony Orchestra.

Richard placed 3rd in the regional round of the NZCT Chamber Music Contest. Richard is passionate about pursuing a professional career in violin performance and continues to hone his craft while studying at Burnside High School. Richard will be performing at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park as part of the eight-piece Coca-Cola Strings.

Kingston Harrop

Coca-Cola Strings

17-year-old Kingston Harrop is of Samoan, Jamaican and British heritage. Born into a family of professional musicians, multi-instrumentalist Kingston has performed in orchestras, bands and musicals from a young age.

A highlight was performing solo with the Aotea Youth Symphony at the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall.

Now in his final year at Cambridge High School, Kingston plays in the Waikato University big band and in his spare time is a tour guide at the Hobbiton Movie Set.

‘Playing at Coca- Cola Christmas in The Park is a dream of mine as I grew up watching my father and his friends perform in it and having the opportunity to perform as well is a dream come true.

Archie Lamont-Bowden

Coca-Cola Strings

Archie has always had a love for classical music ever since he started playing the violin at the age of eight. It is this passion that has provided the foundation for his achievements in violin performance including the completion of his LTCL diploma and, alongside his piano trio, gaining first place in the CMNZ Chamber Music Competition in 2023.

His performance in both solo and chamber music has led him to masterclasses with the renowned Brodsky Quartet and the famous violinist Augustin Hadelich. He is currently studying violin performance at the University of Auckland and is concertmaster of the Auckland Youth Orchestra for their final programme of 2024.

He has enjoyed exploring the violin in other styles of music as well, having done busking in a gypsy violin and accordion duo, as well as having just recently performed with the Auckland Philharmonia at Synthony Pride at Spark Arena.

Rose Stevenson

Coca-Cola Strings

Rose is currently studying classical performance violin at University of Auckland. She gained her Bachelor's in 2022, then headed to Melbourne and spent the year working at Whitehorse Music Shop and further developed my playing with Wilma Smith.

After backpacking around Mexico for two months she returned to New Zealand to study a Master of Performance Violin under the tutelage of Mark Bennett. She is a violinist in the Passione Quartet and travels to Ōtepoti to play with the Dunedin Symphony Orchestra when the opportunity arises.

Joanna Park

Coca-Cola Strings

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Joanna Park initially studied piano and began playing the cello at the age of five.   

She studied with Edith Salzmann at the University of Canterbury and graduated with Bachelor of Music. She then moved to Germany for postgraduate studies with Mario de Secondi at the prestigious Staatlich Hochscule Fur Music, Trossingen.  

While living in Germany Joanna was a cello teacher and chamber musician, before returning to New Zealand in 2011. Currently she is working as an assistant cello teacher for Edith Salzmann (University of Melbourne) and cello tutor at the Christchurch School of Music.

Joanna will perform at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park in Christchurch as part of the Coca-Cola Strings.

Ella Chen

Coca-Cola Strings

Ella has been playing violin for over 10 years and is currently in her first year of university studying a Bachelor of Science specialising in Medicinal Chemistry.

She loves playing in ensembles and has been a casual with the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra for the last two years. Ella has been a finalist in the NZCT Chamber Music Contest from 2021 - 2023 and has regularly participated in the NZSO National Youth Orchestra and the Adam Summer School.

Ella will perform at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park in Christchurch as part of the Coca-Cola Strings.

Orla Dunlop

Coca-Cola Strings

Orla is a Christchurch-born violinist studying music and sports science at the University of Otago in Dunedin. She has played the violin since the age of 4, and currently studies with Tessa Petersen.

Orla has a passion for playing in solo, orchestral, and chamber music contexts. She has played in the NZSO National Youth Orchestra since 2022, participated in the 2022 Adam Spring and 2024 Adam Summer Schools and achieved her ATCL with distinction in 2022.

She was  a member of the New Zealand Secondary Schools Symphony Orchestra performing  in orchestras for musicals such as Sweeney Todd and Jesus Christ Superstar, won multiple awards at the Cashmere High School music competitions and in 2022 she was named the Cashmere High Musician of the Year.  Her passion for music has led her to many wonderful places and people, and she hopes it will lead her to many more in future. Orla plays on a violin kindly loaned to her by the Michael Hill Foundation.

Jake Bates

16-year-old Jake Bates is a violinist from Christchurch. He has been captivating audiences since he picked up the violin at the age of five. Over the years, Jake has developed a love for orchestral music through participation in multiple orchestras, including the Burnside High School Orchestra and the Christchurch Youth Orchestra. His dedication to music extends beyond orchestral performance; he thrives in chamber music settings and collaborating with fellow musicians.

Jake is part of the Burnside High School Specialist Music Programme and in 2023, Jake and his chamber music group achieved a significant milestone by reaching the South Island finals of the New Zealand Chamber Music Contest.

Outside of his musical endeavours, Jake enjoys sharing his love for the violin with others, inspiring younger students to discover the joy of music. Jake performs at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park as part of the Coca-Cola Strings.

Martin Qiang

Martin Qiang (22) is a New Zealand-born musician from Auckland. He has played the violin since age seven and has studied with Marcello Napoli and Stephen Larsen. A prize winner in competitions such as APMA, Tauranga, Te Awamutu, and SAPACS, Martin has played in various ensembles, including the Auckland Youth Orchestra, New Classics Sinfonia, Afflatus Ensemble, Manukau Symphony Orchestra, and Wairua Sinfonietta.

He has also performed in musical productions at Harlequinn and Spotlight theatres. Outside of music, Martin works as a research and development engineer at a wireless electric vehicle charging startup. He is excited to join Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park this year to celebrate the holiday spirit through music!

Leila Dunlop

Coca-Cola Strings

Leila Dunlop began to play the violin at age four and has recently completed her final year of study for a Bachelor of Music at the New Zealand School of Music. Leila has performed at various orchestral and chamber music events including the National Youth Orchestra, and the Adam Summer School 2024 where she won the Donald Armstrong Award and most recently Leila took part in a masterclass with renowned violinist Augustin Hadelich.

Leila performs at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park in Christchurch as part of the Coca-Cola Strings and plays on a violin generously loaned to her via Erika Schors and the NZSO.

Iselta Allison

Coca-Cola Strings

Iselta grew up in a musical family in Christchurch. She completed tertiary studies in violin performance in Wellington and Germany, before moving to Auckland. While there she played regularly with the Auckland Philharmonia, as a violinist and later a violist, and has played with all the professional orchestras in New Zealand.

She also enjoyed being a member of the innovative ensemble NZ Barok and exploring historical performance practice of the baroque era. Since having a family and moving back to Christchurch, Iselta is focusing on developing a thriving studio of violin and viola students, while still engaging in musical performances, both solo and chamber ensemble collaborations, as well as orchestral.

Esther Oh

Coca-Cola Strings

Esther is a student at the University of Auckland. Picking up the violin at age five after declaring the piano too difficult, Esther worked up to an LTCL diploma at age 16. Recently Esther was concertmaster of the 2024 National Youth Orchestra.

In June, Esther was sent as the New Zealand representative to the Pacific Alliance of Music Schools Summit, hosted in Thailand. As part of the programme, Esther performed with the Thailand Philharmonic, and hosted masterclasses for children from impoverished neighbourhoods.

D4 Drumline

Based in Waiuku, South Auckland, D4 Drumline features elite youth drummers, showcasing their talent with teams like the Franklin Bulls and the Breakers. They love to perform and are super excited to be part of Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park 2024. Let the beats begin!

Kids’ Beats

Kids' Beats was founded in Waiuku in 2022 with just four students, and in just two years has  exploded to three hundred passionate young drummers aged from 7 to 14 years old.

Kids' Beats introduces rhythm through fun, playing on buckets and then progressing to Marching Percussion. They’ve thrilled audiences at over 100 performances, including schools, local events, and parades.

Studio 246

246 is a well-known dance studio on Auckland’s North Shore.  The Studio specialises in all dance styles, and competes regularly with outstanding success, locally, nationally and internationally.

The Studio have performed at Disneyland three times, been part of the Farmers Santa Parade, performed at corporate events around New Zealand, and since 2016 have graced the big stage at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park.  Our Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park team is a group of talented girls aged from 14 to 17. Their greatest joy is performing to live audiences, and they rate Coca Cola Christmas in the Park as their absolute all-time favourite event!

Rylie MacGibbon

Rylie has been dancing since she was three years old, training in tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, ballet, acrobatics, singing, drama, and musical theatre.

Rylie has been involved in a number of Showbiz productions, including We Will Rock You, Matilda, My Fair Lady, and Mamma Mia. Rylie was a performer in 2022's Wellington Fringe Festival, and in 2021 was a featured dancer for the horror feature film Pearl.

Rylie is currently teaching dance at Christchurch’s Theatre Dance Academy and has been involved with Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park since 2015. Says Rylie, ‘I’m so excited to be back again and performing solo in 2024!’

Firefly Belly Dance

Firefly Belly Dance are Christchurch’s premier belly dance troupe and are well known across New Zealand  for their creative and innovative approach to modern fusion belly dance.

Led by internationally trained director and choreographer Tracey Saunders, Firefly Belly Dance troupe has an extensive performance repertoire ranging from striking earthly group belly dance group through to visual extravaganzas incorporating custom LED props and are looking forward to celebrating their 11th year of performing on the stage at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park.

Visionary Dance Studio

Visionary Dance Studio is the latest dance education and training establishment based in Christchurch. It's the brainchild of Darcy Goodall and Stacey Anderson, who take pride in creating a secure environment that fosters the exploration of each student's unique creativity, while simultaneously providing top-notch training from certified teachers and creating epic performance opportunities.

Visionary welcomes individuals of all ages and skill levels to take part in our diverse range of dance programs. From 5 years old to pre-professional, they offer an extensive variety of genres, making them the most comprehensive dance facility in Christchurch.

It's Visionary's second year at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park, and they're psyched to once again dazzle you with their passion for dance and performance!

Silhouette Studio

Silhouette Studio is a dance and performing arts school based in Christchurch. The studio provides training in a range of dance genres and specialize in male dance and partnering work.

They are well known for their annual cabaret floorshows which provide an amazing base for students to learn on the job, and they are about to launch their commercial contemporary full-time course.

DANZA

DANZA is New Zealand's leading dance studio known for its incredibly high standard of creation and performance. Based in New Lynn, Auckland,  DANZA prides itself on the importance of their studio philosophy and values, providing a safe space for all young artists to explore and develop their craft.

DANZA has successfully competed in competitions both nationally and internationally as well as frequently performing in events around Tamaki Makaurau.

Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park is a highlight of DANZA’s performing year and their dancers can't wait to share their Christmas spirit with the rest of Aotearoa.

Freshmans Dance Crew

Freshmans Dance Crew have brought   hype and excitement to Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park for the last 11 years. They are one of New Zealand's premier street dance groups and have become experts in storytelling in the theatre, and their recent shows at the Civic Theatre and the Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre were sellouts.

This year they headed across the Tasman to perform at the Sydney Opera House and take their stories to the world. They look forward to bringing their extra hype to the stage this year to celebrate the 30th year of Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park.
